Kids can train with one of Australia’s premier trainers, Lee Campbell. Strength training isn't just for athletes - it improves your child's confidence, self-esteem, endurance, strengthens bones and protects muscles & joints.
Details:
School-aged children should get 60 minutes or more of daily activity and part of this should include muscle and bone strengthening exercises at least three days a week.
Lee Campbell has helped many young clients reach their health and fitness goals with his back-to-basics style. Lee runs Battle Ninja group sessions covering obstacles, general health and fitness - training the kids both in the gym and on the obstacles across the B.FIRM arena.
Training with Lee will include light resistance and controlled movements with a special emphasis on proper technique and safety that can be used as the child gets older so they can Train4Life. Lee keeps it focused yet fun with his back-to-basics functional body and Ninja obstacle training - building sustainable health habits and boosting confidence.

Advenced Teens - Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm
